Donation processing is handled by Zeffy, a third-party payment platform. Legacy Raising Foundation does not store your payment information. By donating, you agree to Zeffy's terms of service.
IRS 501(c)(3) Status — Pending
Legacy Raising Foundation has applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. That application is currently pending. Legacy Raising Foundation is not yet recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors should consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contributions made prior to IRS recognition.
Donation Policy
All donations to Legacy Raising Foundation are used to support youth development programs, operations, and organizational capacity. Legacy Raising Foundation does not provide refunds on completed donations. For questions about a specific donation, please contact us directly.
